I am currently recruiting a Site Manager for a package of work as part of a larger food site build which will include a warehouse, mill, lab space, and office block. This is a major capex project with a value of £20m+. The role will be Monday to Friday based, 8 am - 6 pm and will involve CDM regulation, contractor control, and health & safety. There will be steel erection, roofing, and cladding. The position is immediately available and will be offered on a rolling 6 month basis with an expected duration of 12 months.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- SMTS qualified
- Nebosh Certificate or Diploma
- Experienced in steel erection, cladding, and roofing
- Ideally have experience in an industrial setting
