We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Chelsea cafe. You’ll work closely with Reem, the founder, to bring her vision to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly, customers are delighted, and with our other Manager and team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day FOH operations
- Manage and support a small team of staff
- Train new and existing team members to uphold our standards
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and daily reporting
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures
- Ensure full compliance with FSA guidelines and regulations
- Work collaboratively with the founder to deliver the reemies cakes experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience managing coffee shop or similar hospitality environment
- A natural leader who is confident, organised, and reliable
- Outgoing and personable, you love connecting with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for quality, food, and hospitality
- Someone excited to grow with a young and ambitious business
- Food Hygiene Certificate essential
