Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting a reliable and experienced 7.5T Driver to join our client in delivering plant machinery to and from customer sites across the Hampshire and South Coast areas.
About the Role:
- Position Type: 12-week temp-to-perm
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Delivering and collecting plant machinery
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensuring machinery is securely strapped and chained
- Performing daily vehicle checks and maintaining a high standard of vehicle care
What Weβre Looking For:
- A Full UK 7.5T driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Previous experience with loading, unloading, and securing plant machinery
- Strong strapping and chaining skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A commitment to vehicle upkeep and safety
