Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Remote + Hybrid/Monthly Meetups). Location: Remote (with monthly in-person meetings in London. Hourly Rate: £15–£20/hour (depending on experience). About Me:. Looking for a reliable and organized personal assistant (PA) to help me with admin tasks, client communications, and business organization. You will have the flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings (usually once a month) to discuss business goals, projects, and updates.. Key Responsibilities:. As my PA, your role will include a variety of tasks that will help keep both my academic and business life organized. Some of your core responsibilities will include:. Administrative Support:. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, client calls, and academic deadlines.. Email Management: Organize and respond to emails, including client communications and follow-ups.. Client Invoicing: Prepare and send client invoices on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.. Reports and Document Prep: Help organize and format basic reports, presentations, and documents as needed..
