Responsibilities:

  • Be on the front lines pre and post sales to ensure our customers have a smooth onboarding experience and receive the expected value with our solutions.
  • Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining their objectives, metrics, and timelines, and effectively removing any barriers to achieving business value.
  • Execute activities to support success plan.
  • Guide customers through installations either virtually or by doing them in person.
  • Conduct workshops with customers to understand their current operations and recommend workflow changes to get the most out of Reelables solutions.
  • Deeply understand Reelables solutions and be able to explain them to businesses of all types - logistics providers, manufacturers, suppliers, warehouse staff.
  • Collect feedback to inform further product development.

Experience:

  • Experience in logistics or warehousing.
  • 2+ years B2B customer-facing work experience with technical products.
  • Experience using and implementing IoT or warehouse automation technologies.
  • Strong priority management and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, product and engineering leadership, key-decision makers, and day-to-day users of our software.
  • Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
