Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE £50-60k+)

About the Role

We're on the lookout for an SDR to join a fast-growing recruitment tech business in Glasgow. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking conversations and booking product demos for the Account Executive team. You'll use a clever mix of tools and tactics, social selling on LinkedIn, cold calling, personalised email outreach, and clever use of tech, to generate warm leads and get decision-makers curious about the product. We're open to junior candidates too, as long as you've got the right attitude and hunger to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting daily via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email
  • Booking product demos for the sales team
  • Running discovery calls to qualify prospects and gather insights
  • Building a strong personal brand to attract inbound interest
  • Using modern sales tools to track activity and manage pipeline
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team

What We're Looking For

  • Some B2B sales or lead generation experience is ideal, but not essential
  • Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
  • Clear, concise written communication for email outreach
  • Curiosity to learn and understand client pain points
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling techniques is a bonus
  • A self-starter attitude with a resilient mindset
