About the Role
We're on the lookout for an SDR to join a fast-growing recruitment tech business in Glasgow. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking conversations and booking product demos for the Account Executive team.
You'll use a clever mix of tools and tactics, social selling on LinkedIn, cold calling, personalised email outreach, and clever use of tech, to generate warm leads and get decision-makers curious about the product.
We're open to junior candidates too, as long as you've got the right attitude and hunger to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting daily via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email
Booking product demos for the sales team
Running discovery calls to qualify prospects and gather insights
Building a strong personal brand to attract inbound interest
Using modern sales tools to track activity and manage pipeline
Collaborating closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team
What Were Looking For
Some B2B sales or lead generation experience is ideal, but not essential
Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
Clear, concise written communication for email outreach
Curiosity to learn and understand client pain points
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling techniques is a bonus
