Mortgage Broker (CeMAP)

Location: Scotland (office or hybrid)

Salary: Up to 45000 base uncapped bonus

An established property-led business is looking for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to advise clients and manage mortgage applications from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Advising clients on residential and buy‑to‑let mortgages
• Completing fact‑finds and assessing affordability
• Sourcing suitable mortgage products across the market
• Submitting and managing applications through to completion
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors and surveyors
• Ensuring all advice is compliant and well‑documented

What they’re looking for

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience advising clients on mortgages
• Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple cases
