Business Development Manager
Hybrid, Glasgow Office

- We\’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is a full 360 outbound role where you\’ll own the sales process from first touch to close. If you\’re commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move.
What you\’ll be doing
- Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content
- Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects
- Closing deals and managing your own sales targets
- Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM
- Working alongside marketing to align on messaging and content
What we\’re looking for
- 1-3 years\’ B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a professional services environment
- Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling and social selling
- Confident presenting and running sales demos
- Self-starter with ambition, energy, and accountability
- Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
