Business Development Manager – Field Sales, Card Payments Join a leader in the payments and fintech space as we continue to expand our reach across the UK. We are seeking Business Development Managers (BDMs) who are passionate about driving growth and excelling in a competitive market. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic field sales team dedicated to enhancing our market presence and customer engagement. Sales Development: Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and nurture new sales opportunities, moving leads through the sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance. Compensation and Benefits: On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to double the base salary, based on performance.
