A Glasgow-based software business is looking for a Full-Cycle (360) Account Executive to join them at an important stage of growth. This is a hands-on role where the Account Executive will own the full sales process, from first contact through to close, while building long-term customer relationships. There is strong demand for the product across the UK, offering clear earning potential for someone who performs well.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Manage the full sales cycle end to end
- Booking and delivering product demos to a range of B2B prospects
- Running discovery calls and managing deal progression
- Negotiating and closing new business
- Keeping pipeline, activity and forecasts up to date in the CRM
- Building strong relationships with customers after the sale
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales processes
- Improving outreach, demos and sales materials over time
- Attending events or client meetings when required
- The sales team works to a structured sales process, so experience with qualification frameworks is useful
