A Glasgow-based software business is looking for a Full-Cycle (360) Account Executive to join them at an important stage of growth. This is a hands-on role where the Account Executive will own the full sales process, from first contact through to close, while building long-term customer relationships. There is strong demand for the product across the UK, offering clear earning potential for someone who performs well.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle end to end
  • Booking and delivering product demos to a range of B2B prospects
  • Running discovery calls and managing deal progression
  • Negotiating and closing new business
  • Keeping pipeline, activity and forecasts up to date in the CRM
  • Building strong relationships with customers after the sale
  • Working closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales processes
  • Improving outreach, demos and sales materials over time
  • Attending events or client meetings when required
  • The sales team works to a structured sales process, so experience with qualification frameworks is useful

  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience using a CRM and LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience selling into property, real estate or similar sectors is helpful but not essential
