This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located at Reel Cinemas in Bishop Auckland. The Duty Manager will oversee daily cinema operations, ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, lead and motivate a team, and maintain health and safety standards for colleagues and customers.
