Reef Knots isn\’t just another menswear brand. We’re about vibrant style, exceptional quality, and a passion for the ocean that inspires everything we do. We tell stories through our products and our people. Now, we need your help to tell those stories to the world.
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Social Media & Content Creator to join our small, dynamic team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is bursting with ideas and wants to make a real impact from day one. You won\’t be a small cog in a big machine; you\’ll be working directly with the founder to shape the voice and vision of the Reef Knots brand online.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Become the Voice of Reef Knots: You will own our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), creating and curating content that captures our brand\’s unique spirit.
- Create Killer Content: You\’ll be our in-house creator. This means dreaming up, shooting, and editing engaging photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and graphics that stop people scrolling.
- Tell Our Story: From the inspiration behind a new tie design to our commitment to marine conservation, you’ll find compelling ways to share the narratives that make us special.
- Engage Our Community: You’ll be on the front line, talking to our customers, building relationships, and fostering a loyal community around the brand.
- Drive the Marketing Engine: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder on the wider marketing strategy, bringing fresh ideas to the table for campaigns, collaborations, and growth.
- Craft Weekly Emails: You\’ll learn how to put together our weekly email newsletter that lands in thousands of inboxes, keeping our customers engaged and informed. (Training can be provided here if needed)
Are You The One? We\’re looking for someone who is:
- A Natural Storyteller: You see the world in posts, captions, and 15-second videos.
- Socially Savvy: You live and breathe social media. You know what’s trending on TikTok and how to craft the perfect Instagram grid.
- A Creative Eye: You have a knack for great visuals and are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) is a big plus.
- A Wordsmith: You can write sharp, witty copy that grabs attention and reflects our brand\’s tone of voice.
- A Self-Starter: You are full of initiative, highly organised, and love to take an idea and run with it.
- Passionate & Positive: You have an infectious energy and a genuine excitement for what we do. An interest in menswear, style, or sustainability is a massive bonus!
