About The Role
- Operate a commercial truck safely and efficiently.
- Transport goods safely to various destinations on time as scheduled.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while considering traffic and road conditions.
- Load and unload cargo while ensuring it is properly secured following safety standards.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections including pre-start and post-trip and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate job progress via Transport Software.
- Comply with all road laws and NHVR as well as DOT regulations and the company's policies.
- Communicate with fleet schedulers and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Report any issues as soon as possible related to delays or issues during the transport service.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Drivers with CV & DG Certificates and HC/MC licence.
- Current Hiab Certificate certification required.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Reliable and professional work ethic with good communication skills.
- Previous transport, logistics industry experience.
