Our Reeds Rains branch in York, North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator on a full time, permanent basis. Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straightforward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the buying, selling, letting or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

As a Sales Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £22,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Salary starting from £17,500 per annum
  • 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
  • 5-Day working week

In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within the branch by:

  • Generating and conducting Viewings
  • Winning and gaining new applicants
  • Business Prospecting and proactive activity
  • Local market knowledge and networking
  • Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, lettings)
  • Displaying excellent customer service at all times

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
