Reeds Rains Wigan Branch is looking for a highly motivated, sales-oriented person to join our team on a permanent basis as a trainee. As one of the most trusted names in the UK, Reeds Rains prides itself on its reputation as a professional estate agent. As a Negotiator at Reeds Rains, you will receive:
- Salary in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
- Basic salary from £17,500 plus monthly commission
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months
- Uncapped earning potential and top achievers’ awards
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering customers and matching properties
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between parties
- Maximising branch income through cross-selling services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Ideally, candidates will have previous sales and/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.
