Reeds Rains in Chester is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Estate Agent to join our branch on a full-time, permanent basis within the Sales and Lettings team.
This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a Negotiator, you will:
- Register customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income through cross-selling services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Full training and support will be provided. You should have previous targeted sales experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In return, we offer:
- Basic salary from Β£19,000 depending on experience
- 5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota
- Pension scheme
It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The role is predominantly office-based.
