Job Profile
Reeds Rains in Chester is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our branch on a full-time, permanent basis within the Sales and Lettings team.
This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Registering customers and matching properties for sales and lettings
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between parties
- Maximizing branch income through cross-selling services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
We will provide full training and support. Applicants must demonstrate previous targeted sales experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In return, we offer:
- A basic salary starting from Β£19,000, depending on experience
- A 5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota
- Pension scheme
Essential requirements: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
