Reeds Rains Garstang Branch are looking for an Estate Agent to join on a permanent basis. Full time, but consideration will also be given to part time applicants. Industry experience is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales and/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:
- Pay in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
- Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment
- Uncapped earning opportunities
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
A full UK driving license is essential.
