Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Catford on a full time, permanent basis. Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straightforward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the buying, selling, letting or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.
As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:
- £30,000 - £33,000 on target earning (OTE) per annum
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months of employment
- Incentivised commission and performance bonuses

- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
- Put the Customer at the heart of everything you do
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Maximise branch income by helping Customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance etc
- Display excellent Customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment. A full UK driving license is essential.
