As the Lettings Valuation Manager you will support landlords in the rental journey, from valuation through to knowledge of legislative process, marketing through to tenant selection and then onto maintaining that relationship through the rental term.
Throughout this you will be offering exceptional customer service to your applicants, landlords, and other stakeholder parties.

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £35000 per annum

In the role of Lettings Valuation Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:
- To ensure the timely inspection, valuation and preparation for marketing of lettings properties, the supervision and general management of properties for rent, and to do all things necessary to ensure the smooth continuance of the lettings office operation.
- Act as a lettings valuer with the aim of gaining new instructions from potential landlords.
This involves advising on likely rental income and general management terms in a competitive environment.
- Ensure the timely inspection, valuation and preparation for marketing of lettings properties.
- Where necessary and as business demands dictate dealing with lettings viewings with a view to securing new tenants for properties available to let.
- Any other general administration or clerical duties which may be necessary to ensure the continued and efficient running of the department
As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
