Our Reeds Rains branch in Morley is looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator on a full time, permanent basis.

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Lettings Viewings
- Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let, progressing to moving in
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
