Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains Branch in Grimsby as we are looking to recruit a
Negotiator to join our estate agency branch.
This branch is part of
National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Residential Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is essential, although we will consider relevant transferrable skills in sales and customer service as full training will be given.
In return we offer
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 per annum
- first few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
