About the role

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, Digital Products, will lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for RX’s digital product portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Digital Commercial Strategy & Enablement, this role acts as the voice to our customer about the digital portfolio proposition through GTM channels. Focusing on ensuring sales readiness and GTM effectiveness by partnering with Business Units (BUs) across marketing, sales, and customer success, while bringing back local go-to-market challenges and blockers to the team to inform asset roadmap and proposition development. This is a specialist role focused exclusively on the go-to-market of digital products and will be responsible for ensuring all assets and enablement are in place to take digital products to market successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Champion of the voice to the customer across go-to-market channels and product experiences, while owning and evolving product propositions for both internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with local GTM teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to drive best-in-class GTM for digital products, ensuring consistent adoption of GTM best practices, and engagement in sales readiness and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to ensure consistent customer messaging.
  • Identify and communicate GTM challenges from local markets to inform product development.
  • Lead the execution of GTM strategies aligned with business unit goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with global sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Support the Head of Performance Optimisation by capturing and scaling GTM best practices.
  • Deliver sales enablement tools and training to support product launches and adoption.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in GTM or product marketing, ideally in a global B2B setting.
  • Understanding of portfolio marketing and regional market dynamics.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and readiness for digital products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product details into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Proficient in data analysis to assess GTM effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Skilled in project management, prioritisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
