About the role
The Commissions Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire monthly commissions process, including the calculation, creation, tracking, and optimisation of commission plans, supported by fully documented process notes. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In addition to managing routine processes, the position involves forecasting commission payments and conducting various ad‑hoc analyses and projects to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of commission plans for sales leadership and teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts in line with payroll deadlines.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise commission programmes, including adjustments and discrepancy resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to streamline commission processes.
- Document the UK commission process and benchmark against other countries to identify best practices.
- Analyse commission and sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation of agreements and payments.
Requirements
