About the Role
We are seeking an organised, supportive, and proactive individual to join our Event Executive team. As an Event Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution by coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will require multitasking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met and processes are followed with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support internal system integration from Salesforce.com, ensuring correct setup of packages and products.
- Collaborate with marketing technology teams to test and validate system functionality.
- Lead the ‘Ready to Sell’ process for new event editions, coordinating stakeholders and finalising system checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory trackers for sales and sponsorship items.
- Assist international sales teams with sponsorship fulfilment and contract delivery.
- Prepare onsite materials including IT equipment, manuals, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate team communications, dinners, and rebooking processes for events.
- Provide onsite support and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) during events.
