About the Role

Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into engaging content? Do you thrive in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment? Join RX Global as a Content & Engagement Lead and become a vital part of our RXUK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social and blog)
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery
  • Creating and managing event and onsite social media plan (including liaising with photographers and videographers)
  • Optimizing website content for user journey and SEO optimization
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy
  • Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes working with the wider event teams to support with onsite delivery

Requirements

  • Be able to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic are a must
  • Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure
  • Be able to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams to ensure project success
  • Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines and prioritize tasks in a rapidly moving environment
  • Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date
  • Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them
