Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Access and Participation)
- Job Type: Full-time, 1 year contract
- Location: South East London – Hybrid role
- Salary: £45000
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Access and Participation) to lead the monitoring and evaluation of our Access and Participation Plan. This plan supports learners from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to access, succeed in, and progress from higher education. This role is crucial for analysing outcomes and demonstrating the impact of our intervention strategies designed to close performance gaps across the student lifecycle.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation activities related to the Access and Participation Plan.
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact of intervention strategies.
- Produce detailed reports with recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work collaboratively with key departments and external networks like NERUPI and SEER to develop best practices and build an evidence base.
- Engage in stakeholder management, interacting with senior leaders to align strategies and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and analysing complex data sets.
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Experienced in evaluation design and report production.
- Must have higher education experience, specifically with knowledge of Access and Participation Plans (APP).
- Proficient in SQL and SITS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in dealing with senior leaders.
- Experience within the Higher Education Sector Essential
