Job Description

Project Manager – Waste Management
  • Contract Type: Interim
  • Location: Office-based
  • Salary: £21 – £28 per hour (PAYE) – negotiable based on experience (up to £35 via umbrella)
  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility required between 9 AM and 5 PM

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in waste management to oversee the implementation of a key project aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of waste collection services across the Borough. This role is crucial for driving operational improvements and ensuring optimal waste management practices.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives specifically designed to improve waste collection services.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans, and report on the project's status to senior management.
