Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Redditch

Salary: £26,000 plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

About the Role

Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected international logistics company based in Redditch. We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Warehouse Support Specialist to join a small, collaborative team and support the smooth running of a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process goods receipts within the system
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
  • Manage customer enquiries and incoming orders
  • Generate pick lists and ensure precise data entry
  • Coordinate dispatch and arrange transport logistics
  • Finalise job files by collecting PODs and required documentation
  • Produce and analyse system reports for internal and external use
  • Monitor and report on customer KPIs
  • Prepare accurate data for month-end invoicing

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy up to 5 extra days)
