We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our client's team and ensure UK warehouse operations run smoothly in compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves maintaining efficiency in the warehouse, accurately handling orders, stock movements, and transfers, and contributing to a clean, compliant, and positive work environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Operate a Forklift – (can be trained)
- Print picking sheets and labels.
- Pick and pack orders using a hand-held scanner.
- Ensure correct labels are matched with the appropriate orders.
- Complete all orders accurately and without errors.
- Palletize and wrap orders for shipment.
- Operate a pallet truck for moving, loading, and unloading pallets.
- Pick samples as requested by the office team.
- Sort and process returns, notifying the office and booking items back into the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Forklift licence desirable
- A passion for and productivity in warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient work practices.

- Familiarity with scanning systems.
