Job Description
- Annual Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse processes run smoothly and that productivity targets are met.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and oversee the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and inventory control.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including creating schedules, providing training, and ensuring staff safety.
- Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock checks.
- Implement and uphold high customer service standards and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimize warehouse operations through efficient space utilization and material handling.
