Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
Location: Redditch

Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected international logistics company based in Redditch. We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join a small, collaborative team and support the smooth running of a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process goods receipts within the system
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
- Manage customer enquiries and incoming orders
- Generate pick lists and ensure precise data entry
- Coordinate dispatch and arrange transport logistics
- Finalise job files by collecting PODs and required documentation
- Produce and analyse system reports for internal and external use
- Monitor and report on customer KPIs
- Prepare accurate data for month-end invoicing
What We’re Looking For
