The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience is advantageous).
• Use strong subject knowledge to inspire and enhance student learning and achievement.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating qualities such as compassion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Recent experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable).
• Strong classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills, reliability, and confidence when working with children.
