Teaching and Learning Development Practitioner- Location: Croydon
- Job Type: Part time ( term time only)
- Hours: Total 21pw - Tuesday 12-8pm, Weds and Friday 9am-5pm

We are working with a fantastic client who is seeking a Teaching and Learning Development Practitioner. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teacher training and education development.
Day-to-day of the role of a Teacher Trainer:- Teach and facilitate classes for the Level 5 Diploma in Education (Year 2) and the Diploma in Teaching (Year 1).
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educational staff to enhance teaching practices and educational content.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and educational regulations.
- Experience in teaching or training in educational settings.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and requirements of the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Diploma in Teaching.
- Enhanced DBS check, preferably registered with the update service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
