At Reed Swindon, we’re growing our Sales Division and we're looking for someone ambitious to join a high‑performing, supportive team and grow our presence in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. Working with clients who sell physical products, you'll cover a large geographical patch from Berkshire to Wales.

- Experienced 360 recruiters, especially from engineering, manufacturing or technical markets
- B2B sales professionals / Business Development Managers who’ve sold products into engineering, manufacturing or FMCG and want to move into recruitment
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a regional recruitment desk
- Building trusted, long‑term client partnerships
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to placement
- Providing meaningful market insight and tailored recruitment solutions
