- Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including nights and weekends to fit your lifestyle
- Salary: Competitive rates at £12.35 per hour (Monday – Friday) and £13.00 per hour (Saturday - Sunday)

Your Role:
- Engage and Inspire: Lead activities and help our customers access the community, fostering independence and joy.
- Support and Care: Provide physical and emotional support, including personal care, ensuring our customers feel valued and safe.
- Safety First: Maintain a secure environment through personalized support plans and risk assessments.
- Safeguarding: Protect our customers from abuse and promptly report any concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 months in a support worker role.
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS Adult and Children.
- References: Up to 5 years of references.
- Training: Annual Mandatory Care Training (Essential – You can complete this with Reed).
- Dedication: A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure our customers receive the best care.
