Job Description: Warehouse Stock Controller Location: UK based Job Type: Full-Time on site

Position Summary: My client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Stock Controller to manage the flow of stocks in and out of their UK warehouse and foreign distribution centres. 

Key Responsibilities:•    Stock replenishment orders based on stock on hand, estimated forward sales, and supplier lead times•    Monitor and manage stock levels within prescribed stock level targets to prevent overstocking or stockouts•    Monitor and manage production to ensure on time delivery of PO’s•    Forecasting •    Manage courier companies pricing and deliveries•    Order picking and timely distribution to customers using third party distributers and couriers•    Recording and control of stock movement in and out of the warehouse, maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records•    Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centres, including customs and entry paperwork requirements if needed•    Resolve any delivery related issues•    Produce monthly inventory reports, highlighting any unexpected delivery delays and stock quality issues•    Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and optimise efficiencies Requirements:•    Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse stock management systems        (sage 200 would be useful)•    Ability to understand data and generate detailed management reports•    Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure successful delivery processes•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•    Good communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers and colleagues•    Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly and efficiently•    Prior experience in warehouse stock control, or a similar role, is preferred•    Fork Lift licence
