We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Netball Coach to join our vibrant sports department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about netball and coaching young athletes to develop their skills and sportsmanship.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging netball training sessions tailored to the abilities of students aged 11-18.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure all coaching practices are safe and comply with school policies and health and safety guidelines.
- Organise and prepare teams for inter-school matches and tournaments.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivational environment that encourages teamwork and personal development.
- Maintain equipment and manage resources effectively to ensure a high-quality training experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 2 Netball Coaching qualification.
- Proven experience in coaching netball at youth or school level.
