Day-to-Day of the role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessonsacross Sociology, Criminology, and Psychology, ensuring content is accessible, inclusive and aligned with curriculum standards.
- Support and assess learnert through feedback, tutorials, and progress tracking, helping them achieve academic and personal development goals.
- Contribute to a safe and positive learning environment, upholding safeguarding practices, promoting equality, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the student experience.
Requirements
- Level 5 Teaching Qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed or equivalent).
- Degree (or equivalent) in relevant Subject.
- Experience delivering high quality lessons to 16-18-year-olds in Further Education.
- Safeguarding knowledge and understanding.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage well with learners.
- Current Clear & Enhanced DBS on the update service (Beneficial)
