Job Description

Our client, Telford & Wrekin Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Learning Disabilities and Autism team.

This is a full-time post lasting 3 months initially.

And the pay rate is £28.40 (West Mids MOU rates).

The role will involve the following:

  • Learning Disabilities & Autism
  • Hybrid – office/home/client
  • Completing Care Act reviews
  • Maximising health care funding
