Pay rate is £28.40 - £31.97 umbrella.
North Shropshire Adult Social Care team (community team)
- Based at Market Drayton and Oswestry offices
- Hybrid working
Telford Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism team
- Hybrid working
- Completing Care Act Reviews and maximising health care funding
Telford - Senior Social Worker Integrated Community Assessment team
- Based at Princess Royal Hospital with hybrid working
Telford – Senior Social Worker – Early Intervention and Prevention team
- 1 full-time post and 1 part-time post
- Hybrid working

Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have substantial post-qualified experience in adult social care
- Must have experience relevant to the team
