We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Executive to join our vibrant Brand & Social team. You'll take full ownership of our organic social channels, crafting scroll-stopping content, building authentic creator relationships, and helping shape how our brand shows up online.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and publishing original, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Managing our social calendar and tailoring posts to each platform's unique vibe.
  • Keeping our profiles polished and on-brand from bios to highlights to grids.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and creators who align with our aesthetic.
  • Managing DMs, comments, and community shout-outs with warmth and consistency.
  • Collaborating with our PR agency on creator campaigns, press opportunities, and brand storytelling.
  • Supporting PR events, activations, and sample requests to maximise visibility.
  • Tracking performance, spotting trends, and constantly evolving our content strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • ~2-3 years experience managing social media and/or influencer campaigns for a consumer brand or agency.
  • ~A strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest and what makes content pop on each.
  • ~Experience creating content (photo, video, copy) and using tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut.
  • ~A natural, conversational copywriting style and a sharp eye for aesthetics.
  • ~Confidence managing influencer outreach, gifting, contracts, and usage rights.
  • ~A data-driven mindset; you know how to read the numbers and turn insights into action.
  • ~Bonus points if you've worked with homeware, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
