Shipping Trade & Pricing Coordinator (Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Implementing and communicating Trade Policy & objectives through day-to-day activities for Trade Lanes to/from Europe / MED and Far East. To coordinate and manage Export data and cargo pricing in line with Trade Policy & objectives.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement
- To perform regular structural review of regions / performance against target goal levels & follow-up on any performance deviations providing insight analysis of cargo patterns and analysis of forecasts.
- Creation and management of dashboards for various KPI’s, analysis of data and summarising actions to be taken.
- Monitor any deviations in performance, also providing guidance and directions based on cargo pattern analysis to maximise overall trade profitability.
- Review of route costs and management of opening / closing routes.
- Creation and maintenance of Minimum guide rates in line with market changes across various platforms.
- Coordinate cargo portfolio strategy analysis with a view to maximising revenue return.
- Prepare daily / weekly cargo trend analysis/booking monitoring reports which facilitate the process management & optimisation of vessel allocations and trade profitability.
- Support the Space management/Pricing team daily activities with clear guidance and cargo trend analysis.
