Service Coordinator

- Salary:Up to Β£35,000
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the vital link between our service engineers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring efficient daily operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth execution of service operations within a leading international company.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Allocate, review, and update tasks for the service engineer team.
- Schedule and prioritise work based on customer calls, requests from other departments, and company procedures.
- Respond to breakdowns and urgent enquiries with priority.
- Communicate with and direct service engineers on a daily basis.
- Supervise the daily administration of all site reports, correspondence, and associated paperwork.
- Report to the Field Service Manager on daily features/issues requiring special attention.
- Assist the Field Service Manager by progressing service job project coordination, e.g., warranty repair works.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
