A UK-based Consultancy is hiring for two Senior Software Engineers to join their team. We are looking for experienced Software Engineers with a background in Java development, capable of working in a Full Stack or backend focussed role.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with some of the world’s biggest enterprises, working within a highly skilled tight-knit team. You will work on diverse and challenging projects across various sectors. The company is passionate about building high-quality software, making pragmatic technology choices and embracing open source and cloud technology.
We’re looking for passionate, proactive technologists with experience in Full Stack Java Development or Backend Java experience and skills in the following:
- A minimum of 4 years of Java 8+
- Spring Boot
- JavaScript or TypeScript, with knowledge in Angular / React experience will be desirable for the Full Stack role but not essential.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for scalable and resilient infrastructure.
- Agile methodologies
- Good problem-solving skills, pragmatic thinker and able to find effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- You embrace the chance to try new things, learn new skills and grow your experience.
- Previous experience working within fin-tech will be highly desirable.
