Job Description

Our client, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking two social workers and one senior social worker within its Hospital Discharge service.

  • Social Workers – £35 umbrella
  • Senior Social Worker – £37 umbrella

Hybrid working available once induction is complete.

Requirements of the role:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Fully Social Work England registered
  • Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
  • Must have hospital discharge knowledge and experience
  • The senior social worker must have experience at a senior level
