Job Description
Our client, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking two social workers and one senior social worker within its Hospital Discharge service.
- Social Workers – £35 umbrella
- Senior Social Worker – £37 umbrella
Hybrid working available once induction is complete.

Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
- Must have hospital discharge knowledge and experience
