Are you an experienced Production Engineer or Production Manager with a strong background in electronics manufacturing? Do you have hands-on experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machinery and a passion for driving production excellence?
We are working with a well-established electronics contract manufacturer in North Essex seeking a skilled and proactive individual to lead and optimise their production operations across all departments.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Set up and maintain SMT production lines, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve workflow and resolve technical issues.
