Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Carer to join our community care team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes. The ability to travel within the community is essential, and owning a car would be an advantage.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assessing client needs and creating tailored care plans.
- Administering medications and managing medication schedules.
- Performing moving and handling tasks safely and effectively.

- Travelling to clients' homes within the Manchester area to deliver care.
