?? Location: East Devon?? Hours: 9:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday (30 hours/week, term time only)?? Contract: Permanent?? Salary: £24,926 FTE / £18,350 actual (pro rata for 39 weeks + holiday entitlement = 45.4506 paid weeks)
About the RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist all-age school supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, including Autism.
Set in a beautiful rural location, the school offers exceptional opportunities for outdoor learning. Pupils access a bespoke learning and communication package, supported by a multi-agency team and strong family partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting pupils’ learning and development in the classroom
- Recording holistic achievements and progress
- Assisting with educational visits, activities, and therapies
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Creating a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment
